Mold in Rafters

This house outside of Cleveland, Ohio had a significant amount of mold in the basement rafters and throughout other areas of the home due to extended water damage. The house had been vacant for some time and sustained a water leak that went unnoticed. When the property owners went to check on the house, they discovered that the water issue had turned into a much bigger problem. Mold was covering the rafters in the basement and could be found on structural materials and contents throughout the house.
