Full Reconstruction After Water Damages

SERVPRO provided full reconstruction services for this home in Broadview Heights, Ohio that sustained significant water damage while the homeowner was away. Notice the wilting ceiling fan in the before picture due to the high moisture content in the house. Throughout the home, water had permeated structural materials, causing deterioration and the threat of mold. SERVPRO responded quickly to provide all of the mitigation services. The homeowner requested SERVPRO to also complete the restoration of the home. As you can see in the after photo, the finished result looks even better than before the damage had occurred! The homeowner was very pleased with the result.
